In The Netherlands, I bred the Gelders filly Rosilady together with the owner of her mother, Uilady Keur Prov. She is now owned by me. Her full pedigree is Edmundo x Democraat x Statuur. She is now in young horse board and will be my main riding horse and broodmare in a couple of years.
Mares USA
Since August 2021, I am the owner of Britta, Tatiana and Vera Cruz. Three top Gelders mares out of the Abolien line, bred by Deborah P. Harrison of Lio Lomas Dutch Warmbloods. I am very honored to be able to breed with such great mares from Deborah's proven program. Britta is by Fair Play x Vosmaer x Indiaan, Tatiana by IJsselmeer x Zooloog x Indiaan and Vera Cruz by Rubinstein x Indiaan. Tatiana is in foal to Uno Don Diego for a 2022 foal, due in July.
Prospects/ For Sale
In 2019, I bought a promising Gelders colt from Deborah Harrison to keep as a prospect for the Gelders breeding direction. Lot’s of suppleness, balance and a fantastic walk and canter. He has the most beautiful face, neck and shoulder. He turned 3 in May 2022. He is by Contester II out of Tatiana by IJsselmeer x Zooloog x Indiaan. Unfortunately he hasn’t grown out as tall as needed for a stallion so he is now gelded and will be trained to ride, after which I will sell him. He is already fully x rayed with no remarks.
